October is breast cancer awareness month and we have a special story to tell.
The Price is Right!
Our entire team at RNS were deeply affected when our very own Elena was diagnosed with breast cancer just one year ago August. She inspired us all with her strength and determination to beat the disease. She went through the process with her head held high and an attitude that brought sunshine to any room she entered. We are happy to say that she is a survivor and is cancer free today!
Last month Elena was invited to a special event. The Price is Right does a cancer survivor show every October for breast cancer awareness month and Elena was invited by her medical team that treated her! She brought along two of her biggest cheerleaders, Kim & Brenda. All three girls were MIA from RNS for the day but it was well worth it. Although they didn’t get to ”Come on down” they still had a wonderful time supporting the survivors who won!
