SHIPPING
All freight is shipped out via standard ground service, which generally takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. For faster delivery at an additional fee we also offer priority services. We take great care in crating our product to meet or exceed the industries standards for common carrier shipments to ensure maximum protection of your sign. We offer competitive shipping rates and ship across the United States. International services are also available.
We deliver within a 50 miles radius of RNS Channel Letters at a low cost.
DAMAGES
Our signs are inspected and tested for operation prior to shipment from RNS. In the event that damage is determined it should be reported to the shipping carrier immediately. Our liability ends when orders are picked up by the carrier, but we can offer assistance with your claim.
WARRANTY
Craftsmanship and non electrical materials are guaranteed by RNS for 1 years from the invoice date or ship date, whichever occurs first.
Electrical components such as power supply or transformer are warranted by RNS for one year. An extended 2 year factory warranty can be received upon completion of the extended warranty form along with the return of the bad power supply/transformer.
